Description
Shen is one of my RP OC's, also one of my favorite.
Shen, who was made by a scientist from the DNA of one person and many creatures from different planets and galaxies, is inhuman being who controls it's powers and form easily.
In the beginning of the story he's part of a organization that fights creatures that destroyed the planet.
Later the story moves on to other places and pieces of Shen's past reveal themselves.
The reason behind the title is that my main inspiration source for the RP is Origa's songs for Ghost In The Shell Anime and one of the songs is "Rise".
